• The product must not be a customized, personalized, or made-to-order item, as these are non-refundable.

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, it is eligible for a full refund or replacement.

• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Gift cards or store credit.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.

• After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be processed or shipped.
