If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth process. 1. Returns Timeframe

You may return any item(s) within 28 days from the date of delivery. If the 28-day period has passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned with the proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene or other reasons:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for a return and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on availability and your preference. In such cases, we will also cover the return postage costs.

  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item(s) are securely packed in their original packaging to avoid any damage during the return process.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged or you are returning the item(s) within the UK, as return shipping cost is free for all of our items in the UK. We recommend using a tracked service to return the item(s), as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns. We will provide you a 'download and print label' for you to printout and place on the item packaging to be returned.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


7. Exchange Policy

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for items. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, we recommend placing a new order. You may return the original item for a refund, following the procedure outlined above.


8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that you clearly mark the return as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration to avoid additional customs charges.
