1. Order Processing Time
• All customised/personalised orders are processed within 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• All non customised/personalised orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times for such items will be indicated on the acknowledgement mail after we receive quotation request.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (UK) - Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6 business days - Cost: free
Express Shipping (UK) - Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days - Cost: According to weight
International Standard Shipping - Estimated Delivery Time: 3-38 business days - Cost: According to weight
International Express Shipping - Estimated Delivery Time: 3-15 business days - Cost: According to weight
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the UK and select international destinations.
• If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at shopping-support@austeezladekz.co.uk to inquire about shipping availability.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
• International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, including customs duties and taxes (see Section 5).
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country.
• Austeez Ladekz Limited is not responsible for these charges—they are determined by local customs regulations and must be paid by the recipient.
• If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we may issue a partial refund, excluding shipping fees and any return costs incurred.
6. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your package using the provided link or through our carrier’s tracking system.
• If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, contact us at shopping-support@austeezladekz.co.uk.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Austeez Ladekz Limited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
• Check with neighbors or building management.
• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
• If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours after placement.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
9. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
• If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, they will ship according to the timeline provided on the quote request acknowledgement mail.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or hold the order until all items are ready.
